10:00 AM  Core Strength & Stretch 

5:00 PM  Dance Party Fitness-move and burn calories to your favorite songs in this fun,  easy to follow, energetic dance workout!

6:00 PM  Pilates

8:00 AM Rotating Schedule 

9:00 AM Stride & Strength -Move/walk 2 1/2 miles plus full body toning

5:00 PM Cardio Kick & Core OR Step & Sculpt    

 
6:00 PM Butts & Guts OR Barre 

Wednesday

8:00 AM Cardio and Core   

9:00 AM (Fun)ctional Fitness – overall strength/cardio/balance for all levels
 
5:00 PM Zumba Toning OR  Zumba Step

6:00 PM Total Body Blast OR Ab Attack

Thursday

9:00 AM– Zumba-burn calories dancing to  favorite beats
 
4:30 PM HIIT (30 min)
 
5:00 PM Beat It OR Fit Ball
 
6:00 PM Stride & Strength – Walk indoor for 2-3 miles while strengthening and toning your full body
 

Friday

6:00 AM Morning Melta variety of workouts to supercharge your metabolism
  
9:00 AM Barrefull body strength workout w/ low impact ballet inspired moves
 
10:00 AM Yoga, Stretch & Meditationimprove core/ increase flexibility
